Marie Stopes, a leading provider of reproductive health and family planning services in Uganda had been struggling with its public reputation and visibility.
Digimark Comms embarked on a mission to revamp Marie Stopes’ brand, placing a strong emphasis on delivering an effortlessly relatable and customer-centric experience.
Digimark Comms was tasked to creatively tell their evolution journey, from a small space town clinic to a now large highly equipped uptown hospital, giving women and girls sexual reproductive health care right from the menarche to after-childbirth care.
Our tailored content creation strategy, designed to resonate with a wider audience and address their needs effectively, has not only increased engagement but also positioned Marie Stopes as a reputable and reliable resource for reproductive health services. Through a customer-centric approach, we have significantly enhanced the visibility and brand reputation of Marie Stopes.
During execution, we performed an independent analysis of Marie Stopes to have a clear picture of their journey to date. Attention to cultural nuances, language, and terminology ensured a seamless experience that truly resonates with our readers.
